You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365gam account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and 365gam accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 365gam support at [email protected] immediately. 365gam may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
You are required to ensure that all information held on your 365gam account remains accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your contact email address and the payment methods linked to your account. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where account information is found to be inconsistent, incomplete, or unverifiable.
365gam accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default for users in Pakistan. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are shown in PKR unless the player has selected USDT as their primary transaction method, in which case equivalent values may be displayed. No currency conversion fees are applied by 365gam for standard PKR transactions.

365gam accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or blockchain network congestion. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within a reasonable time, you should contact 365gam support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 365gam during Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) business hours. Standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically completed within 2 to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. USDT withdrawals are processed on the same day as the request in most cases, subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
365gam reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Routine withdrawal amounts for verified accounts are not subject to unnecessary documentation requirements.
From time to time, 365gam offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be displayed alongside the relevant offer at the time of its availability. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds credited to your 365gam account are subject to wagering requirements. This means that you must place qualifying bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 365gam platform without the prior written consent of 365gam. Unauthorised use of 365gam intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

By registering an account on 365gam, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether 365gam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 365gam's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
